This is a quick pick me up after a rough night or for any time!! The electrolytes from the coconut water and the raw green powder from my Juice PLUS capsules adds tons of nutrients..


2 cups of coconut water

1 TBSP hemp powder

2 tbsp RAW green powder

seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean

2 bananas

 There are many green powders that are available.. Read the label carefully and make sure its raw.. The one my family and I have used for years and recommend is JuicePLUS .. I just open the capsules and add the powder to my smoothies
