Ingredients: 2 cups whole flax seeds , soaked in 2 cups of water overnight or at least 4 hours 1 head of red lettuce 1 bunch of swiss chard 1 bunch of kale 4 stalks of celery 1 large chunk of ginger 2 cloves of garlic 2 carrots 1 red pepper Juice of 3 limes sea salt Put all ingredients in the food processor. Blend until well mixed. ( May have to be done in stages) Spread the batter about 1/2 inch thick on 2 Teflex-lined dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 5-7 hours.. Raw CHEEZITS![]() I was in the mood one day for something crunchy.I didn't want to buy the normal pita chips that I sometimes get for my husband so I created these. INGREDIENTS 1 orange sweet pepper 1 cup of macadamia nuts ( that had been soaked for a few hours ) Dash of cayenne pepper 1 tsp of nutritional Brewers yeast DIRECTIONS : Chop up the pepper and blend in the vita mix blender with the macadamia nuts until smooth and creamy. Add some sea salt and yeast if you like and then spread on a dehydrator tray. I like my crackers thin so thats how I spread it.. 115 degrees for 12 hours |
