Making according to instructions.. While the rice is cooking prepare the beans Ingredients :
In a large saucepan heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion, pepper and celery and saute for 60=-8 minutes Stir in the garlic and cook until softened 1 min. Add the allspice,the cloves and some sea salt and pepper Cook for 1 minute then add vegetable broth and crushed tomatoes .
