Don't you just LOVE Kale..Try this marinated Kale
This is one of my most popular dishes

Did you know that  Your GREENS...
Contain more vitamin A than carrots
Contain more vitamin C than oranges 
Contain more vitamin E than whole wheat
Contain more vitamin B2 than milk

Contain quality proteins also good amino acid

AND they provide essential alkaline minerals such as calcium and magnesium that are NOT found in sufficient quantities in fruits, nuts and seeds.



Recipe for Marinated Kale ( original recipe from Alissa Cohen and I modified to my liking)
Remove the stems off the Kale and break up into bite size pieces

MARINATED DRESSING

  • 1/3 c olive oil

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp Braggs Amino liquid

  • ½ c water dash cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 lemon juiced


Using a good blender mix up all ingredients and pour over kale and massage.. This will last all week in the fridge and gets better each day on..I am willing to bet it wont last...
