I like to start my day off with good nutrition. So I am sharing with you what I have every morning. We need good fats and proteins in our diet for our brains to function optimally . What better way to start the day!

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cup of coconut water
2 Tbsp of coconut butter
1/2 avocado
2 good handfuls of kale
1 banana
1 cup of frozen organic berries
2 teaspoons of a GOOD fish oil
1 scoop of a good protein powder
2 tablespoons of Flax seed





Everything goes in my vita mix blender and for 2-3 minutes and thats it.. What a gift of nutrition your body gets to start the day with.
