Serves 6Chia seeds soaked overnight turn into a simple pudding, similar in consistency to tapioca.
Ingredients:1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup sprouted almonds
2 tbsp agave nectar
dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries
Yum!!!
Method:
First add 3 cups of filtered water and 1 cup of almonds and 2 scoop of vanilla JuicePLUS complete protein powder into a vita-mix blender.Blend until nice and smooth.Then add the chia seeds,agave,cinnamon.Pour into a bowl let it sit for 5 minutes and give it a good stir then chill in fridge for at least an hour or more to thicken.. Before eating add some crushed almonds and 1/2 cup of blueberries..
Other toppings you could use, dried fruit,currents,dates, ..Be creative
